[Resolved] UBC IT - CWL Issues to access RISe and other UBC Platforms

Dear Researchers

There are currently known intermittent CWL issues with UBC IT that are impacting all login access to RISe and other UBC platforms.

CWL changes and new CWL accounts are currently delayed as UBC IT clears these requests.
