[Resolved] RISe Login Internal Server Error

UPDATE

This Incident has now been resolved by UBC IT. Our RISe team has confirmed that intermittent UBC CWL server authentication issues over the weekend directly impacted access to the RISe platform. RISe server access has now returned to normal.

To our RISe Researchers,

We are currently investigating an Internal Server Error that some users are experiencing when attempting to log into RISe while connected to a VPN. 

Temporary Workaround:

Please temporarily disable your VPN or any network modifications and attempt to log in to RISe using a standard connection.
