Dear Researchers,
We have noticed an increase of inquiries to our RISe team regarding browser related errors (Internal Server Errors, 400 Errors, Browser Crashes), and understand that these have and may cause delays and some frustration in the day-to-day use of RISe.
Our RISe team can confirm that our RISe servers are up and running with no reported issues on the server side of RISe.
We can also confirm from the RISe requests received, that these browser errors may most likely be stemming from recent updates with the browsers themselves (Google, Firefox, Safari). In particular, we have noticed Google Chrome may be having more hiccups recently, most likely related to their recent releases, and upcoming updates.
