FVTesting - Human Ethics V2

Human Ethics

The Human Ethics module allows researchers to submit, track, and manage their Behavioral or Clinical applications throughout the entire study lifecycle. Each study is reviewed by Research Ethics Boards (REB) that examine the study from the perspective of prospective participants. Their assessment of a proposed study's ethical acceptability is guided by the core principles of research ethics.

Institutions that are currently supported within this module include UBC, BC Hospitals and all affiliated BC PREP (Provincial Research Ethics Platform) harmonized applications. For inquiries specific to your research study, please reach out to your corresponding Research Ethics Board (REB).

All research application individuals interacting with participants are required to complete the TCPS online course (CORE - Course in Research Ethics).
