RISe is unavailable or with limited availability during the following hours for regular maintenance:
Monday - Friday 2am-5am PST
Saturday & Sunday 2am-8am PST

We are currently experiencing higher than normal volume of requests. 

Requests may be slightly delayed and will be completed in the order they were received within 1-2 business days.
