System Maintenance

RISe is unavailable or with limited availability during the following hours for regular maintenance:
Monday - Friday 2am-5am PST
Saturday & Sunday 2am-8am PST

With the new academic term, we are experiencing higher than normal volume of requests. 

Requests normally are responded to within 2 business days in the order they are received, but may be slightly extended during this period.
