All Human Ethics applications (Clinical and Behavioral) require a comprehensive overview of your project's funding within Section 2 of the form. Please use the guidance below to ensure all internal grants and external funding sources are properly detailed within your research application.

Adding Funding Sources to Human Ethics
For questions regarding the eligibility or classification of specific funding sources, please contact your Research Ethics Board (REB)

2.1 A Select one of two options on your Project Start date (Immediately or later date) If selecting later date, please ensure In multi-phase projects, include the period that involves research with human participants.

2.2 A Select applicable boxes to indicate the type(s) of funding you are receiving to conduct research. You must complete section 2.3 and/or section 2.4 for the name of your funding source(s)

2.3 A Only fill this section if your funding source is a UBC Grant that has been submitted to the UBC Office of Research Ethics
| Why do I not see my FAS/Grant? In order for a FAS to show up under section 2.3/2.4 of a study, one of the following must occur:
