**We highly suggest using Mozilla Firefox as the browser of choice when running Extended Reporting
We have noticed browser compatibility issues with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge when attempting to auto populate search fields.
How do I use ExR?
Access Extended Reporting via RISe homepage
| |
(If you have run a previous query, and saved your filters at the end, you can click on “My Reports” instead to rerun the same report filters.
Navigating the Report Filter

If you will be running another similar report in the future, we HIGHLY suggest you check “SAVE” and list a Report name. (This will allow you to run the SAME report parameters in the future by the “My Reports” button on the left of your page. )

What data can I expect to pull from ExR?
Although our Extended Reporting can provide a large amount of information, there are a few limitations to what data can be pulled.
- The datasets pulled from ExR are limited to the time they are frozen at
- Workday grant data CANNOT be pulled through RISe
