Access Extended Reporting via RISe homepage

4. Once logged in, it will take you to the Extended Reporting Home page

5. Click on Award Query

(If you have run a previous query, and saved your filters at the end, you can click on “My Reports” instead to rerun the same report filters.

4. Select Institution (If needed)

5. Enable Filter for either Institution and Site, (If UBC only - select UBC Faculty, Department, Division)

6. Select and enter your desired Filter (E.g. You can type in “medicine” as the value and select Faculty of Medicine)

7. Select Output

8. Select your desired output filters (do not select the years)

9. Press Include

10. Select Save/View

11. Check “View”

12. Press Go

If you will be running another similar report in the future, we HIGHLY suggest you check “SAVE” and list a Report name.

(This will allow you to run the SAME report parameters in the future by the “My Reports” button on the left of your page. )

13. Verify your filters are correct

14. Select Excel (If you want to export in spreadsheet)

15. Select Revise (If you need to add or remove any filters)
